Apples and Spice Porkchops

This was a simple recipie I got.  It started with searing the porkchop in some spices like oregano, thyme and even simple garlic and onions.  Then I let it sit, and broiled it after that.  Just until it was cooked all the way through.  Then I caramalized the apples in the spices that I used in the pork chops to really marinade the falvors together.  After that, I put on some beats and even some brussel sprouts to add some greens on the plate.  That's it! ass you can see it is an easy meal and it is a nice way to entertain friends for a short and simple last minute dinner.
